WebPage not Responding properly

Hello,

I use Dreamweaver to upload Webpages created from Microsoft Word (saved as Webpage). Once saved, I upload both the image files and the .htm file to a remote server.

This has worked fine before but for some reason isn't working correctly now. The webpage doesn't show images on Google Chrome and it turns the Black Border on my images to a Yellow Border when viewed in I.E.

Thoughts?

    Honestly, using MS Word which is 1st & foremost a desktop publisher and exporting to HTML is a little like asking for trouble and then being surprised when all goes to hell in a hand basket.   I realize you've been doing it this way but that doesn't mean it's a good workflow.  Can I ask why you're not using Dreamweaver to create your HTML pages?   And have you ever validated the code in those MS Word files?

    To add to what Nancy has said.

    Microsoft Edge browser is dropping support for much of what Word uses to include 'extras' in its exported html code, beyond text and images word html code will stop displaying at some point in the future.

    Edit: this may have already happened to some degree, and other browsers will also stop displaying the pages.

    See if DW is the problem.

    Do everything the same as you are now, but use another FTP application, like the free Filezilla Client, and see if you get the same results.

    If it works correctly from FZ, your site can be updated while troubleshooting continues in DW.

    If it doesn't work correctly from FZ, it would point to a change occurring within Word.
