Website not displaying correctly after uploading.

So... a couple of things, I'm kinda wondering whats going on with my site. I've been looking at the code and can't seem to see what might be the problem.

1: When I uploaded my site, it says it's "not secure"

2: when I went to go upload my site, all the pages work except for shirts.html. When I tested it b4 I uploaded, it looked like this:

Now it looks like this:

What could be causing these issues?
