hi everyone!

what is the webversion element in an email tempplate?

it's not clickable.

if all we need is to have the email seen on a web page, why not just create a web page, and link it with an anchor tag and href?

thank you

    Are you using CampaignMonitor.com?

They explain what <webversion> is for on their site:

    https://help.campaignmonitor.com/view-in-browser-links

    https://www.campaignmonitor.com/create/important/

Automation and tracking would be the "why".

This is called the maieutic method.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!

    Hi @Az Mm P,

Since your question has nothing to do with Dreamweaver or web standard HTML code, it's hard to say.  And without seeing the code, it's impossible to guess.

From whom did you obtain the "email template?"  Why don't you ask them what that means?
