Question

What does this line symbol (|)mean in a web address?

Okay my client has asked me to add a line symbol  like the one above in all pages of the web address.  I don't know where you would find that on a keyboard or if it even exists...is it part of a code or something?  Could someone please steer me in the right direction and tell me how to go about this? This is how it would read on the page title Angel, Coil & Bartlett  (the line symbol) Attorneys and Counselors at Law.  For an example you can click on this link for facebook and it will show you on the title the straight line that appears after the word "Facebook" then the line then Home.http://http://www.facebook.com/login.php

I hope I explained this good enough, I don't exactly know what it is or how to do it.  Thanks

Haha, the name of the symbol is the "pipe" or "vertical bar".

On my keyboard, the key is located under "backspace". The same key as backslash. It looks like two of those lines ontop of eachother
