What replaced the "GO TO DETAILS PAGE" in Dreamweaver CS6
I have always used the "GO TO DETAILS PAGE" to create my EDIT and DELETE pages. Under SERVER BEHAVIOR that option no longer exists in CS6.

Not sure what what the "GO TO DETAILS PAGE" is. Judging by the rest of the sentence I assume that you are looking for Server Behaviours.
The Server Behaviours panel has been deprecated by Adobe, mainly because it produced old code that was not compatible with the latest PHP code.
If you want CRUD, you will have to do this by hand-coding or by purchasing extensions.
