Color variation is usually caused by an improperly defined Color Profile.

CMYK colors are used in professional print processing only.  Web and digital images should be saved in Standard RGB color mode.

When Exporting images in Photoshop, scroll down the Export As panel and change JPG color mode to sRBG.  See screenshot.

    Hope that helps.

You might want to post this over in the Photoshop forum instead of Dreamweaver.  This likely has to do with your color settings on your photo and the format to which you are exporting.
