When I Upload File It Delete's the Server's File

I've had Dreamweaver for almost my adult life, so I know how to use it properly. Just wanted to mention that. But recently, anytime I upload a file to my server, if that file is already there, it deletes that server's file and doesn't replace it with the remote file I'm uploading. It just leaves it deleted. Has anybody seen this bug before and know what I should do to fix it? Thank you.

I have never run into this myself, or on the forums.

Does it upload if you "Put" the file a second time, after the deletion?

Have you tried uploading from another FTP app, like the free Filezilla Client?

It sounds like you may have some messed up permissions on your server. Testing from another app would tell you for sure whether DW is having issues, or if your hosting company needs a call to reset your permissions.
