Wie kann ich DW auf Englisch installieren? Obwohl ich in Deutschland lebe?

Leider habe ich nur einen Buch auf englisch gefunden, so wäre es einfacher das Programm auch auf englisch zu haben. Habe schon mehrmals versucht, aber es wurde jedesmal wieder auf deutsch installiert. Wie kann ich das ändern?
