No HTML5 or CSS plugins exist for those products, sorry.  CS3 & CS4 are woefully outdated and end of life. Nobody should use them anymore.

Get a modern code editor. If not Dreamweaver CC, then something else that understands modern code.

Hi @Nancy OShea

A HTML5 extension was definitely offered by Adobe for DW CS3 and DW CS4 back in the day.

https://us.informatiweb.net/tutorials/it/others/add-html5-and-css3-support-in-dw-cs3-and-cs4.html

The download link no longer works though.

However, as you say, these are long obsolete versions of DW and should no longer be used.

I stand corrected.

I remember a short-lived extension for CS5 that contained a JavaScript Polyfill  for old Internet Explorer 7 & 8 browsers. The HTML5 Polyfill wasn't required after IE9 came out so the powers that be removed it.

Those inferior browsers don't exist today, for which we can all be grateful. 😊

CS3 and CS4 are dead programs that Adobe has removed

The CS2-CS3-CS4 activation servers have been removed from service
