wordpress code hinting not working with dreamweaver 2017

Question

Has anyone been able to get code hinting to work with the latest dreamweaver? I just asked tech support on chat, and they say that the latest dreamweaver does not support wordpress code hinting? !

I honestly don't know if Site Specific Code Hints are turned on. Since I don't use them, I have no way to test it. You might want to submit a bug/feature request.

Hello Nancy, thanks for the reply, I want wordpress site specific code hints, for php mainly, and yes in my preferences all those check boxes are checked on my end, and here check out my settings in site specific code hints box:

Every video and tutorial say to change the sub-root to where my wordpress is,.. which i did, and then in a php block type wp then control and space, ... and nothing comes up!
