Workspace changed with new update

Could use some help.  Probably simple.  When I updated CC my workspace changed dramatically

So I need to get back where it said "File" "View" and stuff along the top.

I can't find a Save As for example  Or an Insert Image command

OR simple copy paste commands

Help lol

    It looks to me like your Standard Toolbar is overlapping the main menu.   See screenshot.

    Try Restore Preferences.

    Unusual behavior in Dreamweaver? Try restoring preferences.

    Did you sync your previous CC settings to the Cloud?  If you did, you should be able to get your workspace and other settings back to where they were previously.   See screenshot.
