Hi Guys,

I have been asked to complete a WSDL based website for a client and I am having real problems getting any information on WSDL fuctionality in DW8 and and very limited tuturial help.

I have also noticed messages going back to 2006 that seemed to be unresolved in relation to WSDL in dreamweaver, is it fair to assume that these have not been resolved and thier are issues with WSDL and dreamweaver 8?

I have tried adding a webservice via the components panel and choose a proxy generator. Selecting the.NET vb and clicking the done button, still does not give me an OK option? I will be developing in ASP.NET vb

If anyone has any information on this subject and any tutorials, I am a complete novice using WSDL, I have however, completed a number of ASP Dynamic sites. URL links to info I would also be most helpful.

Kindest regards
Les

Thanks for that Ted, However, I was looking for a more on Dreamweaver and WSDL...thier does seem to be a severe lack of information in relation to this.

Maybe someone might know why the proxy generator option does not appear to work on entry od WDSL service URL.

I have installed the .NET framework SDK, but cannot find anymore info in relation to this and what/how I ensure dreamweaver picks up that the SDK is installed.
