zonas interactivas de mapas de imágenes

Hola 

Tengo un problema, no puedo usar la herramienta zona interactiva. Me aparece como bloqueada, no me permite seleccionar el área de la imagen que estoy programando.

    Switch to Design view from the Document Toolbar.  You can't edit image maps from Live view.

    Toggle with Ctrl + Shift + F11.

     

    However, Image Maps are not responsive.  So this is not a good approach as it won't work well on ALL devices (mobile, tablet and desktop).
