Image maps are bad for responsive web design. 😞

Use separate images and link each one to its target like this:

<a href="page1.html"><img src="image1.jpg" alt="image1"></a>
<a href="page2.html"><img src="image2.jpg" alt="image2"></a>
<a href="page3.html"><img src="image3.jpg" alt="image3"></a>

Or better, use a navigation bar with text links that users can translate.

<a href="about.html">ABOUT</a> |
<a href="contact.html">CONTACT</a>
</nav>
