I recently purchased this bundle, but I am not getting the download instruction either in my creative cloud or the website (although it is giving me the right to remove the bundle, which I have not downloaded)

Please help - very frustrating.

It just goes from bad to worse. Now getting Error 16 reading every time I try to access any software through creative cloud

Its asking me to uninstall and reinstall the produce, which means I assume I’m going to lose my work.

Not only is the product, which i pay annual fee for, to be let down, but its costing me money.

Thank you. Really, really, really frustrated at you guys at the moment.

You really need to stop up.

If you're still facing difficulties I'd suggest starting a new thread in this forum Creative Cloud Download & Install

They should be able to assist with the installation issue.

1. Tried your link. but only got a message to say that

Not bad given i purchased it from the Abode website for £70 and have receipt from Abode:Your Order: 1,100+ Pro Presets Bundle

2. I’m using OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.6

3. I’m using Lighthouse version 2015.12 and keep up today via Creative Cloud:

4. If i try to sort this out anymore through the trouble shooting process I will not be responsible for my actions.
