Add-on store listing appears to be corrupt. Help?

My add-on update went live last night after the Adobe review process. However, when trying to install or update the add-on, our customers are getting this message:

Creative Cloud

The Add-on MediaSilo failed to install: General error message.

Also (not sure if this is related), when trying to install via the Extension Manager, I'm taken to an XML file with

<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>

Is there anyone at Adobe that can help look into this for us?
