Addon Exchange working with Creative Cloud Enterprise Licenses

Hi there,

Are there any plans for the Addon Exchange to be usable by users who don't have a standard Creative Cloud license, for instance those with Enterprise key-generated licenses?

Even something which worked at the Admin level and applied Addons to all generated keys would be great.
