Adobe Exchange: Offer discount to specific users
Is it possible to offer a discount to users who have already expressed interest in my plug-in, who have subscribed to a mailing list? What is the best way to do it?

You need to contact us at ccintegrationsreview@adobe.com and we can create a discounted/ free coupon for the product so that you can share those codes with the specific users.
You can see the details on FastSpring site at https://support.fastspring.com/hc/en-us/sections/201750296-Discounts-and-Coupons and we can create those coupons for you.
