Hi, I´m a producer here and a customer wrote a negative review with problems during installation. Is there any way to answer reviews or contact the customer for helping him?

Thank you

Hi Juan,

Today on Exchange a user can edit their review so can you details of who submitted the review and your product name and we can look into it.

We are also working to implement the ability for developers to reply to reviews and notify the user when you do reply. We are currently scoping the work to implement this.

I hope that helps and look forward to seeing the details of the user submission.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Interesting question. One of the many reasons we will not put our products on the App Store (except for 2 interesting test cases) involves reviews, which kind of illustrate the degradation of civility and ethics in the modern world . I have no answer for you, but am very curious to hear Adobe's answer.
