Bought a pluggin and was not downloaded

I checked for it in Exchage and in Creative Cloud app in Stock and Market Place.

Definitively it is not here.

Is your Creative Cloud desktop app up to date? Which version is it?

 

I'd try updating your Creative Cloud desktop app, logging out of it, rebooting, and then logging back in on the Creative Cloud desktop app.

Yesterday I wrote to suppoert but so far they have not replied.

Unfortunately I could not receive the pluggin and we bought it through another account. I have not received anything and want to process a refund.
