Can't install an extension or download its zxp file. help!

dear, have u encountered such situation like the gif I attached below? neither can't install an extension(after clicking install, no respond at all) nor download its zxp file(always says i have unauthorised access).

If any bro would download its zxp file and email to EMAIL REMOVED I would really appreciate your kindly help a lot!
