Can't install extensions from Exchange

I'm trying to install a few extensions to illustrator and photoshop, and it says they're installed in my extensions page, but will not show up in the application. 

 

I've tried Anastasiy, which shows an error: "No Adobe products found. Please reinstall Adobe's software". 

 

I'm working under an Enterprise account.

I know it's been months - but were you able to resolve your problem?  I'm having the same issue.

Hi there!

 

Before I left on maternity leave, I noticed a delay between syncing extensions on the web and having them appear in the application. The delay seemed to be anywhere from 20 minutes to three hours. I definately had to quit and re-open the host application to see the extensions.

 

If you're still having trouble after giving it some time, check out this new-ish troubleshooting article on the the Adobe Tech Blog. The article also says how to contact support.

 

Anastasiy is a third-party tool, so you'd have to contact Anastasiy for support directly.
