CEP Error Messages

Hello,

I am receiving the following error message in my CEP plugin on a Mac when trying to export an artboard as a .jpg. Anyone have any idea what this means or where I can look up the error code? I found the message in the CEP10-ILST.log file. 

DEBUG outResult value of PlugPlugEvalScript() : Error: an Illustrator error occurred: 1128353364 ('TNAC')

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
