Question

Configurator says panel cannot be exported to the Photoshop 64 bit plugin/panels folder. Anyone have an idea about what I'm doing wrong?

I created a panel for Photoshop CS6, but Configurator says it cannot be exported to the Photoshop 64 bit plugin/panels folder. No indication about what the problem might be.  I followed the instructions in the Configurator guide. I have a dozen command buttons in the panel and the panel size is 220 X 220.  Running Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit. Anyone have an idea about what I'm doing wrong?

I guess you have solved the problem by now, but for others out there looking for an answer to why Configurator can't export, try this.

Run Configurator, at least on a windows computer, as administrator.

I want to add - I created this same panel on my laptop, with all the aforementioned details, and it exported to Photoshop CS6 with no problems.

It must be something related to your access to the adobe/Plug-Ins/Panels folder. I ran into it and I exported somewhere else nd after that I copied into that folder. Restarted PS and the panel appeared in Window/Extensions. Hope it helps!
