Debug .jsx with VS Code problem, vs code doesnt trigger even when selecting target engine

Hello!

I started developing .jsx and CEP Panels recently, I used ESTK to debug .jsx but I saw that it's possible to use VS Code for that too. I followed some tutorials here in the exchange that said to install the extendscript debugger extension, uninstall ESTK, etc etc. but that didn't work at all for me, vs code can't debug the program I run ( in this case its Premiere Pro 14.3, vs code version is 1.46.1 )

It's still posible to debug with vs code? or not anymore?
