Download problem

I changed my password since I changed my PC.  I can log-in with new PW but the new PW doesn't work when I download each application to the desktop.
Anybody please let me know a solution.  Thanks.

That sounds annoying.

Could you please clarify; when you say you can't download applications, are you talking about Creative Cloud apps (like Photoshop, etc.) that you can't download from the Creative Cloud desktop app (the drop down menu)?

If so this is really the wrong forum area, this forum is about plugins and extensions in the Adobe Exchange... Are you talking about the Adobe Exchange specifically?
