ExManCmd not working anymore, Mutex error

System exception: cannot lock named mutex (abadoned): ExmanProcessMutex

This happens to me in Windows 10 Enterprise. I even uninstalled and re-installed all Adobe applications, still the same effect. 

Neither ExManCmd nor Anastasiy are working anymore. So for our development, I'm pretty stuck...

Finally we found the solution, thanks to the help from Erin and the team! Thanks so much for that! 

 

I simply had to delete the folder

C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Extension Manager CC
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC

 

I just tried it on Windows - because that's where I had the problem. Be aware that the 'ProgramData' folder is invisible by default. So you should make it visible in the explorer...

No, at the moment I'm doing it manually (replacing the contents of the extension folders with every build). 

 

I also posted it on Github. Erin answered once, but looks like she couldn't find a solution or explanation either...
