Hi there,

I have a problem installing the extension in Illustrator (CC 2022). Specifically eg EAN 13 Barcode Generator for Illustrator. Installation ok, but after running Illustrator I can't find this module. Nor search on HD. Even after restarting the computer (macOS Monterey).
Same in InDesign - EAN Barcode Generator module for InDesign.
I install modules from Creative Cloud.

Please try contacting the developer of the extension for support. Looking at the comments on the product page I see two comments that could help you

I was using it on my Intel Mac, but now I'm on a new M1 mac and the plug-in can not be installed. Any news about the update?

Hello, I'm not able to test on M1 but Adobe's info is that plug-ins are not working. You can try run in Rosetta. Update is possible when more info is available from Adobe Best Regards

Author of this product helped me with unworking extension after my AI update to 2021. Easiest solution was best solution. If you have the same problem, just reinstall app, and make sure there is no folder called com.mslv.ean on one of the following locations: PC - C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions\ MAC - HD/Library⁩/Application Support⁩/Adobe⁩/CEP⁩/extensions⁩
