Facing issue in changing Vendor Name

Hello Friends,

Market Place URL - https://commercedeveloper.adobe.com/account/profile

I want to push an extension on marketplace but i need a different vendor name.

I am unable to change.

I sent email to "commercemarketplacesupport@adobe.com" for changing this vendor name.

But thet are too busy, they are not getting time to change it.

I don't have any extension uploaded with current vendor name.

Please help me to change itor request to support team to do it.

Hi @Ziya Ur Rahman,

This board is intended for the Creative Cloud Marketplace... the Commerce Marketplace is part of the Experience Cloud, so it's a totally different organzation within Adobe. It looks like you've already taken the correct steps for their support team.

For what its worth, the Creative Cloud Marketplace gets similar requests frequently, but limits this kind of update to about once a month. I would email commercemarketplacesupport@adobe.com again and ask for a timeline as to when they will be able to make metadata changes next.
