How do I listen for events that transfer layer objects in a document?

I've been searching for help documents for a long time, and I haven't found any events that can monitor the movement of an object in the document. Does anyone know what to do? I hope someone can help me, thank you.

Hello, I want to listen to the events of moving objects in Photoshop. It's listening for moving pictures in PS files, because I want to know the location changes so that I can process the relevant data in the program.

There's a plugin you can bundle for extensions in Id, Ai and Ps.
