How to change from private mode to public mode

Hi,

Currently, we are publishing plugins in private mode for testing.
I'd like to publish it as a public mode because the test is over, but I can not change it.

Please tell me how to change from private mode to public mode.

    Submit a metachange request, where you can change from private to public.
