Hi All,

I have panel that contains aem assets and need to place/import assets into indesign document that are placed into one rectangle frame.

And also updated into links panel.

I have doubt on this. How to use HttpLinkConnectionManagerObject , createTextFragmentLink for the above requirement?

Please advice.

Thanks,

John.

OK, so, following up really quick:

InDesign doesn't currently support HTTP links to images like what you're talking about, but it's said to be coming really soon. In fact, you might want to join the InDesign prerelease program so you can try it out as soon as the feature becomes available.

I was also referred to an expert who's on vacation until later this week. While you wait, definitely check out that prerelease.

Best,

Hi John,

I've been sent some information on the prerelease for AEM asset linking, it looks like it's available to Enterprise customers who are able to give feedback before the end of the month. If you think that sounds like your company, it looks like I just need to know the company name, and I can apply for you if you'd like.

Best,

Erin

Hi John,

I'm asking a few people about this. You might also try asking in the InDesign Scripting forum or in an AEM forum (or both).

Regards,
