Hello, I recently installed the in5 plugin in InDesign 2020, but the problem is that it tells me that I need to purchase an additional license in order to use it. But in the adobe exchange, it says this plugin is FREE.

By default the demo version is installed, its mentioned in the product description page. See below

As per the error you get, you can test the plugin with a smaller sized document. If you still have questions it's better to contact the developing company
