"Join The Exchange Program"

how come when i log into exchange dashboard, i get greeted with this page "join the exchange program" and no longer see the dashboard with my published extensions? i thought i was already in the exchange program and that's why i logged in. it shows me logged in. 

 

why are all the adobe websites so confusing?

 

furthermore, i click on joing the exchange program and fill out the 2 required fields and it always ends in error

 

"There was an error whie sending your information to our database. We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again."

 

that's copy and pasted and that's how "whie" is spelled.

    Could you take some screen captures of these errors? Please email the screen captures and the steps you took to ccexchange@adobe.com.

     

    If you're not seeing your published plugins on your dashboard, that indicates a database problem... 

     

    why are all the adobe websites so confusing?


    I can't speak for all of the teams or all of the websites, but the Exchange is undergoing a big transition as we migrate towards new APIs, and move the Marketplace to the Creative Cloud Desktop app. There's a lot going on behind the scenes...
