No feedback on sign-up request from FastSpring

Hi guys, I know FastSpring is a separate partner business, but they've been ignoring my emails for over a week and I can't proceed with publishing my Adobe Exchange paid plugin without the key they have to provide. Does anyone know of typical estimates and delays when waiting for my FastSpring partner account request to be approved? I just need some guidance here to be sure I'm doing things in a right way.

My contact at FastSpring said they followed up with their colleauge who handles new users. Let me know if you still haven't heard back.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Sure, I checked my junk mail multiple times and tried replying to all the addresses they have mentioned in their previous emails about creating a ticket for my request. I'll wait couple more days, and then let's see.
