Panel rendering issue InDesign

Hi, folks.

I made a panel that works across CC apps, which is cool. However, in InDesign, the panel extends beyond the bottom of the screen, and when you grab the top to move it up, it just extends the panel. I reset the InDesign preferences, and the panel renders correctly with no document open. When I opened a document, the panel shot off to the right and beyond the bottom of the screen again. This time, I was able to double-click on the panel tab to resize it.

Is this common behavior for CEP panels in InDesign?
