Panel temporarily not showing

Hi, I am struggling with this strange behaviour of my CEP panel in InDesign CC2017

I am using

window.cep.fs.showOpenDialog

to have the user select a folder.

Everything is fine, exept that the panel is disappearing until the user is activation the InDesign application.

Then the panel shows again.

It is probably a know bug ..?

Thanks Stefan

Correct answer Trevor:

AFAIK it happens on all Mac CEP panels (At least all html panels) including native ones like Paragraph Styles on all versions of all the Adobe applications.

The work-rounds are:

1) Get your customers to use Windows.

2) Build your own file dialog that will appear inside the html panel.

3) Ignore the inconvenience.

The last option being the wisest.

Does it act differently in any other versions?
