Refund request for add on

Hey, 

Recently purchased the add on KaleidoFX 4 for photoshop. However after purchasing it, the add ons functions were not what i was looking for and could not use it for what i wanted it for. 

 

Is there anyway to go about getting a refund back for the purchase.
