Hi, I have paid for the Ses2Sesx application I Adobe Exchange, but I can't download it. Can you please help me?

Are you installing it from the Creative Cloud desktop app? Did you get an error message?

 

Usually it's an account issue. Are you sure you're signed in with the right account? Try logging out and back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app:

 

  1. Launch the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  2. Select the Gear symbol from the top right.
  3. Choose Preferences.
  4. Choose the Sign Out button.

 

You might also try updating the Creative Cloud desktop app (Help --> Check for Updates).

I really don’t know. I payed for the app, the money has been withdrawn, but I can’t seem to find out how to download it. I have tried all your suggestions.

Which version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app do you have? Did you get an error? What was the error?

 

Did you try downloading it from the link?

 

The developer's contact information is included in the listing. Also the first comment in the reviews section mentions that the developer helped them out with an installer.

 

I tried to purchase it, and was allowed to despite the product page saying "Windows only" (I'm on macOS) and the Creative Cloud desktop app telling me "Not compatible".  🤦🏻‍♀️
