Hi, I made an extension that I want to put on the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace but I can't find any documentation for that. Is there any way to do that? It's mainly for Adobe Media Encoder and at some point Premiere Pro. Thanks!

You haven't found information on it because currently the guides are behind a login at: https://partners.adobe.com/exchangeprogram/creativecloud/build/dev-submission-guidelines.html - this site only supports "Personal" accounts, I think. However, in mid-2023 this process may change. A new site is under construction.
