Transfer non-adobe app to correct account

I purchased an non-Adobe plug-in for my photosuite.  Unfortunately due to an oversight, it was bought under an account that does not have a photography package subscription; I have personal and business accounts.  I have tried for 5 days to get Adobe help to resolve this problem and end up in the same spot: the dedicated back team will look into.  Nothing happens, and I end up going through the same loop with Adobe.  Is there any way to transfer the purchase from one account to another?

Sorry you've been caught in a support loop! That sounds frustrating.

 

The process of transferring ownership between IDs not as trivial as one might expect behind the scenes. You can DM me the name of the plug-in and your two Adobe IDs... or it might be faster to ask for a refund and purchase it with your other account, if you bought it through the Adobe Exchange. If you bought it somewhere else, you'll need to contact the developer directly (or the marketplace you got it from).
