Trying to install extensions but nothing happens

Never tried this before, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

 

I go to the Exchange page, log in, find the extension I want. Then click on "Free", a spinning arrows icon appears and nothing happens. No download, nothing installed. 

 

What's happenning?

Same here…

I can't download any extensions on the exchange website. Every time I click on an extension, it loads for a bit and then refreshes the page and nothing happens.
 
So far I have tried:
1. All the steps described in help document.
2. multiple browsers
3. clearing all adobe cookies
4. changing my adobe account name, screen name, and password

...nothing helps. Any ideas?

Oh God!! Adobe, please, pay attention on this!! Only a couple of plugins are available! My old plugins are now gone! We can't install almost any plugins EVEN available at exchange page! Pleaaase!!!

Como vai Antônio?
Em alguns plugins aparece o botão "Obter" direto do aplicativo da Creative Cloud, sem a necessidade de ir para o site Adobe Exchange. Esses instalam.  Se não aparecer o botão direto no aplicativo, não funciona.

In some plugins the "Get" button appears directly from the Creative Cloud application, without the need to go to the Adobe Exchange website. These install. If the button does not appear directly in the application, it does not work.

Is it working now? There was some maintence going on last week that may have caused the problem.

Nothing yet. The problem seems to be in my account. I use the apps on my desktop and notebook. Same problems on both. Nothing just happens

Same here. The support in Brasil said to create another Windows account. But I didn't do that.

Same here. A support chat suggested "an issue with my account" and advised to write to asupport@adobe.com
