Unable to install adobe extensions from adobe exchange

Hello all. I can't install extensions. The download goes well through the installation link but nothing happens in the applications. I tried the other installation mode (direct) but I get an "unauthorized" message... Any idea? I'm up to date on my CC applications. Thanks a lot.

    I'm having the same issue, with the exception that mine aren't even going to myexchange.  It never shows as acquired.  I followed all the troubleshooting links I could find and even attempted it with another browser thinking it might be a broswer issue.  Same result.  I click on the button and it never says acquired.  Just acts like it is loading and then nothing.  Back to the extension page with no change.  I haven't had this problem until today.
