Unable to launch extension

I am using Extension Builder 3. Created a new Application Extension project. When I tried to run, I get an error.

I have set the path to premier pro application in the preferences - /Applications/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018/Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Premiere Pro CC

I also followed the instructions in Adobe Extension Builder and Creative Cloud 2014

Is there anything else I need to do to get the extension builder to work.
