Why can'tI write a review on a plugin?

I'd like to write a review of the Pantone Connect app, but I can't. I get a failed to submit form error every time. I'm logged in; no profanity. Character count doesn't seem to make any difference.

Have they closed the reviews to save face? It's a hot mess btw. Read them here: Pantone Connect.

Ha, I just came here to investigate the exact same thing. Same plug-in, same issue.

If it was closed to prevent review bombing I would agree, but they are legitimate complaints.
