Why I feel like nobody is reading this?

I posted a question about installing extensions a few weeks ago. There are several replies of other users with the same problem. After that some others published more threads with the same problem. 

 

And that's all, it seems like nobody from Adobe is even reading this. 

I am paying a lot of money for a service that goes in auto pilot.

    I'm from Adobe, and I'm reading this.

     

    Over the past few weeks, the Creative Cloud Exchange has been going through some major overhauls in preparation for Adobe MAX, which is going on right now. Every year during MAX, new Creative Cloud app versions are released and users rush to update as they hear about new features. This tends to put a big strain on the servers... Additionally, behind the scenes, Adobe employees like me (who might normally check this forum) are super busy with updates and last minute bug fixes and final releases.

     

    You might have been having problems installing extensions during a big update behind the scenes. Please try updating your Creative Cloud Desktop app, and then logging out, and logging back in, and then try to install the same extensions again.

     

    If you're still having problems, this page was updated recently, be sure to try those steps.
