Would it be possible to "raise" the Keyboard Shortcuts window in Pr and Ae?

I imagine this would have to be done via a custom extension or a very complicated script to run during each individual session of the programs in question, but nevertheless I feel it merits discussion. 

Proficiency in using keyboard shortcuts has always been a hard thing for me to aquire, it takes practice and experience to establish a rhythm of my own, one that is also productive over a wide range of scenarios. It is ALWAYS helpful, and very convenient to have the Keyboard Shortcuts window available. It's so slick and easy to understand, I just wish it would stay "raised", as in, accessable without suspending all the other windows in the program. 

The convenience of seeing what each key you may be pressing will do and under what circumstances it will perform a certain task tickles my fancy, and it would make it so much easier to utilize all the time saving shortcuts.
