Wrong email address when purchasing, now license problem

Hello,

I try to install a Muse widget but it always shows error code -6xx

When I purchased the item, I changed the email address to my private one, because I wanted to pay with my private PayPal account.

Has this caused the error? It shows up in my company's Adobe account but can't be installed. Can you please help here?
