Admin rights removed after update
Hello - I am an AEM Assets product administrator for two organizations under the same enterprise agreeement. Unfortunately, after the Admin Console update this weekend (1.22.23) that migrated all users to a Business ID, I no longer have Admin rights on one of the instances that I had just the day before before. I still belong to the appropriate Admin groups on both, and I confirmed with my IT team we did not make any changes to either of the groups.
Typical activities I used to accomplish include:
1. Viewing all users who have logged into the AEM Assets platform. Now, I can only see mine.
2. I do not see the full Action bar when clicking on any folders within the AEM Assets platform.
3. I no longer have access to many of the Admin functions within the AEM Asset platform such as running reports.
Please advise what I need to do in order to restore my full Admin access rights to the right instance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
