Cannot login to Magento account after adobe changed the sign in method to Adobe
Hi,
It's been more than 2 months that I am trying to contact a real customer service on your side.
I am always forwarded to other departments or to automated chats.
We had a company account where we have our extensions, I cannot access them because your login method changed to Adobe and now it sends us a verification code to our group email address, which we do not receive due to some reasons.
Can you please contact me so I can share the credentials with you?
